F-中租設金融租賃 股本民幣1億起

F-中租（5871）決定由旗下上海仲利國際租賃，向大陸銀監會申請獨資設立金融租賃公司，註冊資本額將高於法定門檻人民幣1億元，初估可能在人民幣1億元至5億元之間，未來再視業務發展狀況逐步增資。

根據大陸法規，金融租賃業的主管機關為銀監會，因此金融租賃視為金融業，與商務部主管的一般融資租賃業有所差異，F-中租若拿到大陸金融租賃執照，也表示其正式跨入金融產業。F-中租在台灣的租賃事業為中租迪和，為台灣租賃業龍頭，主管機關為經濟部，非屬金融事業由金管會監管。

F-中租表示，近期就會正式向銀監會遞件申請設立金融租賃，並爭取今年底前獲准。
