為何要買高公設比??

今天好奇去看看 洲子洋重劃區的實價登錄

40多坪總價一千多萬,但公設比極高,實際只住到20多坪

如果公設比高達40~50%,大家為何要買??

已30萬/坪來算 ,30*16坪公設=480萬

如果是為了卡拉OK 游泳池 健身房...

我想480萬去健身房買終生會員都還有剩吧!!

拿480萬來買公設...真的值得嗎? 這中間是否有盲點 請各位大大開示一下
