檢開挖無作用箱涵 符合設計圖

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄20日電）高雄地檢署偵辦氣爆案，今天開挖疑為引爆點的2座箱涵，其中一個無作用箱涵開挖完成，與施作的中鼎公司原設計圖相符。

檢方在解讀所查扣的資料，發現疑為引爆點二聖路和凱旋路口處有2座箱涵，查出當初建造的石化管線設計圖和現場位置不符，其中一個是石化管線穿越的「幽靈箱涵」，毗鄰不到10多公尺為另一個施工未完全的無作用箱涵。

這處無作用箱涵今天開挖完成，工程人員發現箱涵上方有3條併排的石化管線，確認依序為中油8吋管、中石化6吋管及李長榮化工4吋管。

檢方表示，初步勘驗這處無作用箱涵，與施作的工程公司中鼎原設計圖相符。現場2座箱涵，明天將由高雄、台北土木技師公會專家到場鑑定。1030820
