樓上講的固然沒錯
但手續就是一起辦
其實也不會麻煩到哪裡去
兩個人拿到的貸款條件理應比一人好
若暫時沒有購買第二間屋的需求
建議兩人共同持有較好

再說
只是男女朋友關係
我絕對不會讓對方單獨持有
將來分手還是結婚後離婚
婚前財產對方可是擁有百分之百的主導權
妳可能一毛都拿不到
望妳三思

我婚前就對此類問題很注意
小心謹慎總是好一點
能走到一起買房子不容易
