OneMax 來電時鈴聲會斷

想請問各位大大

我的手機來電時，有時會響不到兩秒鈴聲就會突然斷掉
變成完全靜音，連震動也不見了
不是對方掛電話喔 來電顯示依然持續著 也接的起來
但是就是鈴聲響沒兩秒就斷了
就有點像來電時手機翻面會轉靜音那樣

但是我並沒有動手機，好好的放在桌上 也響個一兩秒鈴聲就自動斷了

平均一天會發生個兩~三次
但是自己測試的時候 打了十幾二十通卻又都沒問題

請問有人知道這是什麼問題嗎？

自己測試時又常常都正常
這樣送修的話要怎麼跟維修人員溝通
