小弟前天幫朋友的小孩訂購了教育方案的macbook pro，因為訂購之後一直沒有收到appleid的email，一連3次打電話到客服，沒想到至少都等了15分鐘以上，最後一次我甚至等了快30分鐘，好不容易接通後光是跟客服人員說明我的韋這個字(偉人的偉去掉人字邊)客服小姐就查了5分鐘多，接著確認email，也是搞了快8分鐘最後我真的怕他弄錯!只能逐一字母進行確認!
我真的只能說apple的客服真的是拿來搞客戶的~光是聽到口音我就不想買了~~XD
