南市衛生局續查全統香豬油下落

台南市衛生局今天續查「全統香豬油」及「合將香豬油」的流向及下游產品，截至下午5時為止，共稽查20家原料行、餐飲店、烘焙店、販售商等，並沒有發現違規使用油品，及相關產品放置架上販售的狀況。
 
衛生局表示，台南地區進貨「全統香豬油」的最多下游廠商是「信益行」，該店家從今年3月到8月共進貨2748桶，衛生局稽查封存299桶，剩餘流向食品零售原料行及蔥油餅販賣業，衛生局也請「信益行」提供貨單，逐一清查買油業者，確保民眾不再食用到問題劣質豬油。
 
衛生局說，今天共回收全統香豬油15桶（225公斤），從5日到9日為止，合計共回收1275桶（1萬9116公斤），其中退回強冠公司912桶（1萬3680公斤）。（辛啟松／台南報導）
