標題[問題] 關於離職補休問題

本人於星期五即將離職，但目前還有補休10hr 問了人資說離職只有特休可以換成現金，補休沒有是真的嗎？ 雖然只有10hr, 新人星期三才要來報到，所以想說若是這樣請新人可 以交接的時間又變短了。到底勞基法是如何規定補休離職這段的啊！ 若是可以換成現金，我就不一定要請補休。 若是不能換成現金，我可以一定要請假嗎？ 請問知道這一塊的人回覆一下我。還是要打電話問一下勞工局比較知啊！ 不想白白被公司坑了！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.194.130.57 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410263464.A.9DE.html
