第五集 羽田機場附近一間醫院，在整建時發現一張老照片，背景是一架飛機，還有飛行員和空服 員。於是便把照片拿給管制中心，請他們查詢是什麼照片。因為香織(深田恭子飾)曾在民 航公司當過地勤人員，上面便請她幫忙問一下。一問之下才知道，原來是40年前一位熱心 公益的飛行員小島，為了幫那間醫院兒童安寧病房的孩子圓夢，向航空公司爭取了一班圓 夢班機，載這些病童飛上天空。幾年後這位小島飛行員就過世了，這個善舉也就只進行過 那一次。香織到病房參觀過之後，認為應該讓這個希望航班重新起飛...
