在候選人臉書按讚 公務員恐違反行政中立

選舉敏感時刻，新竹市政府人事處長陳旻今天在市務會議報告，公務人員上班期間在選舉候選人的網頁按「讚」，甚至是上班以外時間，使用公家電腦來按讚，都有違反行政中立法的問題。

陳旻指出，九月初銓敘部在新竹舉辦課程，講授選舉期間行政中立的問題，特別是「臉書」按讚的問題也有同仁詢問，因此今天特別在市務會議報告，加強宣導也避免爭議。

陳旻說，若是被查核到有公務員觸犯行政中立法，將會提送到考績委員會作相關懲處。
