戶數這麼少，應該也沒管委會吧，那很難搞定…有機會就賣掉搬家吧，這種鄰居素質住愈久問題愈多，以後房子老了問題更多要維護時麻煩更大。

至於那些二、三、四樓揚言不坐電梯的，話也講太滿了，他們沒有需要搬重物的時候嗎？沒有老人需要坐電梯嗎？

而且爬樓梯雖然對目前的健康有好處，但對膝關節是加速磨損，年紀大了有可能走路都會不舒服，還是不要爬太多比較好。
