標題[問題] 月底離職遇假日，薪資該怎麼算?

因個人因素今天才拿到薪資單 發現8月份薪資有問題 跟公司提離職是做到月底 但因為8/30.8/31是六日，(我休假方式是周休二日) 因此我最後一天的工作天是8/29(五) 可是公司卻說我要做到9/1(ㄧ)才算是整個月， 所以8/30-8/31是不計薪的。 在我的認知我最後一天上班是8/29(五) 可是公司卻說我未做滿ㄧ個月 。。 請問有人有遇到這種狀況過嗎？ 實在是很不解>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.159.20.142 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411015043.A.B4F.html
