颱風「鳳凰」搗蛋　石門風箏節順延一周

新北市國際風箏節原定本周六、日於石門白沙灣登場，颱風「鳳凰」今天凌晨形成，預計明晚開始鋒面會接近台灣，颱風「鳳凰」不排除明晚發布海上颱風警報，因應颱風來襲，主辦單位決定國際風箏節順延一周舉行。
