郭烈成上游順德公司 今被斷電

高雄市環保局今天下午會同有關單位，前往順德公司進行斷電。

位於高雄市大寮區的廢棄物清除業者順德公司是此次餿油風波主嫌郭烈成的上游公司，擁有乙級廢棄物清除許可證及商業登記，依法可進行廢棄物清運，但不得儲存及處理廢棄物。而順德公司非法經營地下工廠，在場內設置儲存的油槽和處理設備。

事件爆發後，順德公司已於九月九日被經發局依違法工廠管理輔導法，發出停工令，要求補申請相關證件，才得以繼續營業，但順德公司卻於9月10日持續收購廢食用油，違法廢棄物處理法。高雄市環保局今天下午三點，將會同台電公司及自來水公司，前往進行斷水斷電，並沒收乙級廢棄物清除許可證。
