四年前主機想買顯卡但是擔心CPU 請高手幫忙

我是想玩遊戲的每次只能開最低特效玩(現在顯卡ATI HD 4600)
想問各位意見

小弟電腦是4年前買的 ASUS套裝電腦 BM2320
保固前加裝了一張DDR2 2G記憶體
剩下都沒改

CPU: amd athlon(tm) ii x4 630 processor 2.81 ghz
主機板:華碩BM2320 630/C/500
記憶體:DDR2 4G
供應器:300W

現在想更換顯卡目前看中 MSI R7770這張或是SAPPHIRE HD7850 2G DDR5(舊資料)
去NOVA詢問時
有些商家建議我換主機板+CPU的(orz) 我都已經說找配合我的CPU的顯卡了..

如果這種電腦規格高手們有推薦的顯卡嗎?電源供應器建議加大嗎?
