標題[討論] 新鮮人試用期後的調薪幅度?

小魯不才 四中學士 剛退伍新鮮人 工作三個月 無經驗新人在某入口網coding 剛撐完試用期 今天與主管面單獨面談後 調薪幅度10% 讓我又驚又喜!!! 雖然10%只有少少幾k 但是真的滿開心的XD 並且允若坐滿一年再+10% 請問以網路業、資訊業來說 10%的加薪算多嗎? 假如做滿一年跳槽的話 通常業界都是怎麼對跳槽者敘薪呢? 謝謝~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.76.97 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411403039.A.133.html
