刑警生日酒駕　逆向撞死酒駕男

新竹縣1名42歲戴姓刑警，今天凌晨2時許駕車行經竹東鎮長安路、新生路口時，逆向撞死酒駕騎車的李姓男子（42歲），戴姓刑警酒測值高達0.91毫克，李姓死者酒測值高達0.81毫克。警方調查，昨天是戴姓刑警的生日，在朋友聚會時有喝了酒，但仍執意開車。

新竹縣竹東分局吳文進副分局長表示，戴姓刑警平時上班認真，會發生這種事情十足遺憾，目前戴姓偵查佐今早已被停職，並以公共危險、過失致死罪嫌移送法辦。（陳駱宜宏／新竹報導）
