標題[問題] IC design 國外業務薪水詢問

哈囉各位大大~ 小的我最近有幸面試上一家中小型的IC Design的業務與行銷一職 不過他們叫我自己想清楚薪水要多少，再面議！ 小的我實在是沒有這種經驗阿...所以想來請問各位前輩給我一些意見囉！ 目前工作一年經驗，但是完全不同的產業和領域，也沒有業務相關經驗 所以應該也算是業務裡面的新鮮人 畢業於四大的學士，英文應該還算中上吧！ 我的狀況是這樣，所以在期望待遇上寫32k，但面試官說你不可能只要這個薪水吧? (BTW面試官感覺人還不錯呢 哈哈~ 他們說這理壓力很大，產業很競爭，需要學習很多東西， 而且一開始應該會需要補強所以加很多班等等 然後這裡目前不確定每個月有沒有業績獎金，責任制， 如果這樣的話，那我應該要開多少薪水會比較適合呢？ 本來有想說開42k，因為看到有人分享科技業的業務40k以上沒有問題~ 但我也沒有經驗，對ic design也不了解... 很怕不小心開錯導致面試官對我的印象不好... 所以麻煩各位再跟我說了！！！謝謝~~~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.243.72.152 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411452271.A.E23.html
