豪遇Jackey125 的後扶手, 一直掉漆, 要怎麼拆掉重練?

各位前輩,
我的機車是91年的豪遇Jacky125, 最近後扶手的金屬部份, 一直掉漆, 想拆掉, 再磨一磨, 自己噴漆.
我有兩個問題要請教:
1.要拆的時候, 發現有兩顆6角螺絲被檔住了(如下圖的箭頭), 要先把置物空間的5顆螺絲全拆掉嗎?
我有先試拆了右邊圈起來的油箱旁的兩顆螺絲, 可是感覺還是拿不起來的樣子, 就沒繼續拆了


2.噴漆的問題:看我掉漆的狀況, 是用砂紙把漆磨掉就OK了嗎? 另外, 買瓶一般常見的鐵樂士就可以了嗎? 還是有什麼推廌的品牌(我只要求5年內不會再生鏽, 美觀倒是其次)
