王金平黨籍案 馬英九二連敗

台灣高等法院審理王金平黨籍案，合議庭今天上午再度判決王金平勝訴。合議庭認為，法院對黨員資格存在與否的爭議事件有審查權，另認定國民黨中央考紀會撤銷王的黨籍處分決議有違人團法第14條、第27條但書第2款、第49條等相關規定而無效。全案還得上訴。
