國民黨不排除上訴 王表尊重

立法院長王金平與國民黨之間的確認黨籍存在訴訟，高等法院今天（26號）判決王金平勝訴。王金平接近中午時出面受訪表示，尊重司法的判決，謝謝大家的關心，對於國民黨不排除再上訴的可能，王金平也予以尊重。

國民黨發言人陳以信在判決結果出爐後特別表示，對於年底地方公職選舉，所有黨員都應該齊心為黨、盡力輔選，被媒體解讀是暗批王金平輔選不力。王金平說，尊重黨中央的講法，他全國跑透透輔選，就算和黨主席馬英九併肩而坐，還是可以無話不談、官司照打。

王金平：『本來就沒有什麼了啦，官司不是照打嗎？就是照打嘛，我們...該做的事我們都去做嘛，該輔選的我們還是盡心盡力去輔選嘛，我是全國性跑的嘛。』
