現代汽車砸錢買地不加薪　工會怒延長罷工

南韓現代汽車（HYUNDAI）工會表示，公司拒不接受工會的加薪要求，卻決定斥資約100億美元（3031億元台幣）購買首爾江南區的高檔地段土地興建新總部，工會憤而決定延長罷工至下周。

現代汽車的工會從6月起與資方談判加薪，但公司以成本為由，一直拒不接受，導致雙方談判破裂。現代汽車約有6萬名員工。

現代汽車為首的現代集團上周斥資10.6兆韓元在首爾江南區購置土地，計劃建造集公司總部、飯店與主題公園為一體的綜合建築，創紀錄的出價較原估價高出2倍以上。

工會發言人表示，公司的作法顯然忽視員工福利，導致員工情緒相當低落。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
