新北永和縱火案嫌犯被羈押

新北市永和區成功路上月12日清晨發生縱火案，波及14間公寓，燒毀59輛機車，造成1人死亡，26人嗆傷送醫。警方連日調閱監視器畫面，7日拘提住在現場後方的陳姓男子到案，7日晚間移送新北地檢署，檢方深夜聲押，到今天凌晨零時許，法官認為他涉嫌重大，涉犯縱火重罪及有滅證之虞裁准羈押，但未禁見。
