府最快周三發布蕭萬長任APEC特使

據透露，總統府最快明天，宣布亞太經合會（APEC）委請前副總統蕭萬長擔任特使，馬總統並已當面告知蕭萬長；隨著蕭萬長確定代馬總統出席，也等於宣告我方企盼的APEC馬習會「破局」。

指出，蕭萬長出線主要是因嫻熟經貿外交事務，及曾以經濟部長及領袖代表身分四次出席APEC相關會議，與新加坡總理李顯龍等多國領袖也有很好交情；去年APEC在印尼峇里島舉行，馬總統也是敦請蕭萬長擔任我方領袖代表。

不過蕭萬長辦公室主任王玲惠昨晚表示，「尚未接獲府方任何訊息」；總統府方面也不願證實將於何時發布此訊息。
