由臺中市新社區休閒農業導覽發展協會主辦的「2014年第四屆新社夢想飛行資助計畫」於9月24日截止，共有10組參賽者進入初選，初選活動於今日辦理，來自各地的夢想匯集於新社，使新社的樂章再度充滿夢想的音符。


新社店家源於一群勇敢築夢的人，他們懷抱著夢想來到新社，展開了實踐夢想的旅程，在這些店家夢想達成的今日，因此更希望能夠幫助更多有夢想的人實踐自己的夢想，本著回饋的精神，店家籌備了50萬元圓夢基金舉辦「新社夢想飛行資助計畫-Dreams Come True！」，希望能夠幫助相信夢想、相信未來的人有一個圓夢的舞台。


各個圓夢家帶來自己的夢想，對於夢想的闡述及熱情，無不令人動容；經過評審的討論，最後挑選出3組參賽者進入決選，分別為「國際漫畫人像競賽」、「產業再升級，打造新新社」及「看見新社/看現心攝–如詩篇般的空中攝影」，決選將於10月15日辦理，屆時將選出本屆的圓夢得主！
