都是偷報關　立委：南僑罰3千萬、統一罰6千

南僑化工以「工業用途」名義進口食用油，台北巿衛生局以南僑未依法辦理進口食用油輸入查驗，開罰三千萬元。不過有立委表示，統一以前也有相關情節，卻只罰3千引發質疑。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，民進黨立委蘇震清表示，統一旗下統清公司在民國98、99年，同樣以非食用油名義18次報關進口葵花油，竟然只被罰了6000元，質疑，政府「遇到統一就軟了？」

對此統清喊冤，進口的是統一生機。統一生機昨天則坦承，那幾批確實有海關來函處罰，早已照規定補稅6000元，也都已經結案了。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
