想詢問買二手iphone 5s 的價格和該注意的細節

是這樣的，朋友打工的地方的老闆想賣iphone 5s
我是第一次買二手機，所以不知道合理價格和一些注意事項
因此想在這裡詢問一下
目前尚未看到實體機，已經約星期一去看實體機
想在去看之前，讓心裡先有個底比較好
謝謝

以下是朋友告訴我，老闆的手機目前的狀況：

(一)16g金色
(二)12/6在Apple store買的，還在保固中
(三)1手機非良品機
(四)盒裝配件都在，耳機用了幾次⋯充電器在用ing，外觀皆ok
(五)一買到就前後貼膜了！在附上mindplar的殼
(六)朋友說他保存很好(星期一會親自去看)

價格：12,000
