北市勞動局統計，103年9月新登記的求職人數為4121人，較上月減少190人；新登記的求才人數為7940人，較上月增加2479人，增幅為今年新高，以求供倍數觀察，103年9月的求供倍數為1.93，為99年至102年9月同期新高。

北市就業服務處長游淑真說，以職業類別來看，103年9月份求才人數以專業人員最多，增幅704.96%最高，技術員及助理專業人員增幅212.64%居次。

另外，求職民眾登記之期望職類第1名為辦公室事務人員，廠商徵才與求職民眾期待的職類仍存在落差。
