不甘女友分手　男散布性愛影片遭判刑

新北市一名從事大眾傳播業的30多歲王姓男子，去年4月不滿20多歲同居女友提分手，竟用電子郵件、通訊軟體WhatsApp傳簡訊恐嚇不得分手，還將他偷拍女友的性愛影片、裸照，寄給女友的親友。新北地院今依妨害秘密、恐嚇等罪判王男1年2月徒刑，得易科罰金42萬元。
 
據悉，王男長相俊俏，女友則在國內某知名醫院工作，但女友不滿王男時常緊迫盯人，控制欲強，決心分手，王男多次要求復合遭拒，竟開始傳送簡訊恐嚇散布女友裸照及性愛影片。
 
事後女子堅持分手，王男自去年4月底開始，先後將女友的裸照及性愛影片、裸照分別寄送給女友的親友們，還一度到女友住處企圖阻止女友開車離去，今被法院判刑。（孫友廉／新北報導）
