疑精神不濟　男撞分隔島翻車

台北市新生南路及忠孝東路口凌晨2時許發生翻車意外，1輛往西行駛的標緻206轎車，突然撞上中央分隔島而翻覆，橫躺在路中間，一度傳出駕駛受困，還好警消到達時駕車的30多歲男子已自行脫困，人仍清醒無生命危險。
 
男子表示當時正要前往上班途中，疑似精神不濟未留意到分隔島，才會突然撞上去。男子送醫時身上無明顯外傷，救護人員仍將他送醫作進一步檢查。確切出原因正由交通警員釐清當中。（吳國仲／台北報導）
