砌牆費用

有個問題想請教各位;
前一陣子買了預售屋,因前屋主有作客變,退了頂樓隔間牆,如果要把這面牆砌好,包括水泥粉刷、油漆、外牆貼二丁掛,這樣大概要多少錢?牆面大概是3MX2M,約2坪;
我GOOGLE了一下,作了這樣的估計:
砌磚1B磚牆: 12000/2坪
內牆粉刷油漆: 2000/2坪
貼二丁掛: 6000/2坪
整面牆是20000元;
請問這樣估價合理嗎?還請有經驗的大大指導,謝謝.
