水污費徵收時程　魏國彥：照既定程序走

環保署計畫下月中開徵水污費，但行政院認為此事涉及範圍廣大，不宜貿然開徵，環保署長魏國彥今在立院衛環會審《水污法》修正案前，接受媒體訪問時說，徵收水污費是尊重立院決議要今年徵收，外界說行政院認為不宜開徵是「假設性問題」，今年內徵水污費是環保署可以做也應該做的事，會爭取在這個月內完成辦法公告等法制程序，但過程若有任何疑義，必須報行政院。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
