基本工資調漲明年7月才實施

勞動部昨天召開首次基本工資工作小組會議，會中決定尊重基本工資審議委員會決議，基本工資調漲維持明年7月起實施。至於基本工資公式，由勞動部委託學者專家進行基本工資計算方式研究案，再提交工作小組討論。

勞動部長陳雄文今年8月29日主持基本工資審議委員會，會後宣布基本工資月薪將由明年7月起由1萬9273元調高至2萬0008元，時薪由115元調高至120元，委員會下將設立工作小組，每季開會1次，會中邀請基本工資審議委員和專家學者討論基本工資審議相關事宜，包括訂定基本工資公式的可能性。

針對立委一再要求基本工資調漲案提早到元旦上路，會議決定仍應尊重基本工資審議委員會決議，維持明年7月再調漲。
