版大來貨為「載客用升降機之變頻器」，宜歸列專屬稅則，

8504.40.99號項下「變頻器」，關稅稅率2%，營業稅5%，

簽審規定如下列說明，另來貨電壓0.22ＫＶ，屬未開放進

口大陸物品項目，就是大陸物品不准進口。

開放1KV~13.8KV是給wto官員看的，目的是請愛用國貨。
