WIN 7 架設區網點選另一台電腦出現 [無法存取...]的視窗

大家好
我有兩台電腦，一台系統是WIN 8.1另一台是WIN7
兩台網路線接上同一個HUB，也確認兩台IP不同，也都可以上網

我想開一個共用資料夾
但是當點選另一台電腦時都會出現[無法存取...]的視窗

但是，我們這一棟租屋其他房客的電腦都點的進去，只是會跳出要求輸入帳號密碼的視窗
起碼其他電腦點進去的反應比較正常。

請問該怎麼設定，才能打開我另一台電腦，好讓我共用資料夾呢？
