布朗案延燒洛城連3天抗議

（中央社洛杉磯26日綜合外電報導）加州洛杉磯示威群眾今天連續第3天走上街頭，抗議密蘇里州1名擊斃手無寸鐵非裔青少年的白人警察未遭起訴，洛杉磯警局（LAPD）因此再次全面發布「策略警報」。

大陪審團決定不起訴8月間槍殺18歲少年布朗（Michael Brown）的白警威爾森（Darren Wilson），引發全球各地示威，英國倫敦有約5000人走上街頭，事發的美國密州佛格森市（Ferguson）也連續兩晚發生暴動，全美已有400多人在騷亂中被捕。

國家廣播公司（NBC）報導，在加州洛杉磯，前2晚已有多起遊行，抗議民眾封堵高速公路，近200人被捕。今早又有另外9人被捕。

洛杉磯警局3天內第3度發布「策略警報」（tactical alert），讓員警在執勤結束後繼續待命，以準備面對更多的示威活動。

洛杉磯警局首長貝克（Charlie Beck）今天早上在記者會上說：「我們給民眾很多表達意見的機會，我們會持續允許民眾以和平合法的方式表達意見。」（譯者：中央社蔡佳敏）1031127
