行政院長毛治國8日拜會立法院長王金平，王金平點名，中低收入戶補充保費應該要檢討。這項利多措施預計稍晚就會正式公布。社保司司長曲同光表示，中低收入戶加起來約有80萬人，健保會少收多少款項還在統計中，但預計明年一月就會開始實施。

衛生福利部原先決定，中低收入戶所需負擔的補充保費，除了全年累計四倍獎金之外，執行業務收入、股利所得、利息所得與租金收入的下限，將全部提高到基本工資19273元。
