彭淮南喊話明年應加薪4%

國際油價持續下跌，有助全球經濟成長，連央行總裁彭淮南都說，很多企業今年的收入增加，明年應該為員工加薪4%，這是過去幾年來沒有的現象，而人力銀行統計也發現，有8成企業明年打算加薪!

傳出明年元旦，台安醫院可望加薪7~8%，儘管董事會還沒正式通過，但內部員工聽到消息，已經很開心，如果以經常性薪資36673元計算，加薪7%，每個月就能多領2567元。

連央行總裁彭淮南都帶頭喊加薪，科技業龍頭鴻海早在今年4月就率先幫年薪低於120萬的員工加薪至少3000元，速食業者頂呱呱今年也幫每個員工平均加薪2000~3000元。

而根據人力銀行統計，明年更有高達8成的企業打算加薪，平均增幅4.05%，以金融、科技和運輸業，最可能加薪。

只要加薪幅度高過物價水準，民眾的小確幸就會越來越多!(民視新聞蔡佳珍、呂炯緯台北報導)
