是的 , 大部份的車行 , 都會這麼做

主要是為了省稅金

另外租賃車 , 因為牌照是營業車牌

在出售前也會先繳銷

但熱門車 , 轉手快的 , 就不會這麼做

其次是某些不肖車行 , 為了讓新車主調不到前車的保養資料

也會先繳銷重領

但在公路監理資訊 , 輸入新車號 , 一樣可以查新車號
