請問LG G3可以降回原本的4.4.2嗎?

昨天我的32GB G3升級了andriod 5.0，v20e。
但是發覺我的3G訊號跟網路在家裡變得很差...原本遠傳在家裡測速可以到18Mbps，更新完後現在最快4Mbps，但常常是連1Mbps都不到，上載更差，大約都只剩不到0.2Mbps。
不知道是不是基頻更新的關係，而且5.0還真的很不習慣，好像也比較耗電。
忘記前一個4.4.2是那一個版本了，v10m嗎?
好想把它在刷回來試試，不知道怎麼降版...有大大可以指教一下嗎?謝謝
