請教WIN8下的MP3分割與結合軟體

我在xp用人家給我的
MP3 Splitter & Joiner
中文版來分割MP3，很準確，好用。

用MP3 Cutter Joiner
中文版來結合MP3，也沒問題。

都是免費的。

如今用WIN8，那些不能用了。
改用格式工廠，
發現分割有些不容易準確；
結合，奇怪了，加上無聲檔，
竟然會出現兩聲怪聲。

誰知WIN8下，有哪種中文好用的
MP3分割、結合軟體？
請介紹，謝謝。
