大家好想詢問關於客人訂購品的處理因不確定要去哪個板詢問因此到問板我的產品是客人必須提前預訂付款預約的那種但有客人都沒匯款問了是否是要取消客人說要但是又不匯款若我說在xx號之前都沒匯款就取消訂單請問這樣以消費者的立場來看應該也是合理的對嗎? 因為客人說要我就不能再接新的但又不匯款想要現場來再付全額我是客製化這個客人不要產品就要丟掉所以我有說一定要先付訂金但客人又不付~因此產生這個問題先謝謝回答~ -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.70.148.86 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1419062506.A.729.html
