103年12月2日蔡淑君議員致電詢問交通部台灣區國道高速公路局北區工程處，本案閘道交流道改善評估報告、委託規劃設計施工皆已完成，目前正與地方政府(新北市、桃園縣)交通局討論銜接平面道路配合事宜，預計104年元月完成發包及招標作業。http://www.linkoucity.com.tw/
