日版有鎖iphone,該如何是好?

小弟手邊有支在日本打工渡假辦的iphone4,IOS版本4.3.3,基帶04.10.01
之前一直裝卡貼使用,後來又買了支二手4S後,想把這支有鎖iphone拿來代替
工司的智障型手機,順便想升級IOS,但爬了文後發現好多問題,想請大家解答

①日本SB官方解鎖似乎已停止申請了,是否是真的?
②想升IOS的原因是很多APP不支援IOS4了,也想使用Icloud,
若想升到IOS5以上,是否還有卡貼可以買呢?現在似乎都只看到4S的卡貼而已。

以上問題勞煩有經驗的大大解答,謝謝。
