（中央社華盛頓10日綜合外電報導）美國官員今天透露，美國衛生部長塞比留斯（Kathleen Sebelius）決定請辭，為總統歐巴馬視為招牌政績的新健保法推動之初的混亂狀況付出代價。

法新社報導，官員表示，塞比留斯將於明天正式離職。

路透社報導，根據「紐約時報」，白宮管理及預算局長波維爾（Sylvia Mathews Burwell）將接掌衛生部。(中央社)
