遭撤緩刑 張通榮不排除上訴

基隆市長張通榮關說案，高院今天判決有期徒刑1年8個月，但撤銷緩刑，全案仍可上訴。對此張通榮今天發聲明表示對二審判決結果非常遺憾，不排除上訴，他仍強調這只是一件非常單純的民選首長關心患有嚴重躁鬱症婦女與執勤員警發生的糾紛，他前去協調，與酒駕完全無關。

在這件案子中被控縱放人犯的前基隆市警局第四分局安樂分駐所警員廖祥銓，一審被判6月徒刑，高院裁判維持6月徒刑，但給他緩刑3年機會。他在一審判決後遭到停職，目前在一家公司擔任保全，今天得知二審判決後，他表示感謝法官給他自新的機會，若有機會復職，他一定會比以前更努力工作。
