或許只是偶然的巧合吧！

2004年以前，台灣人移民到先進國家去，大多是淨移出，房地產跌很兇。

2004年以後，台灣人口是淨移入的(婚姻移民移入，多過移出)，房地產漲很兇。

不過最近幾年淨移入的人口數下降的很快…(也可能是移出人數上升很快)

2014年，台灣人口有可能淨移出…

近年(淨移入)社會增加人口數(負數為減少=淨移出)

2006 37,524… 淨移入 高峰

2009 35,013… 淨移入 次高
