顏清標表現良好　假釋初審通過！最快7月就能出獄

前立委顏清標因酒帳案去年2月入監服刑，台中監獄3日通過他的假釋申請，將送往法務部審查，最快這個月核准結果就會出爐，7月就能假釋出獄。

顏清標民國88年間擔任台中縣議長期間使用公費喝花酒，最高法院去年判處顏清標3年6月徒刑定讞，褫奪公權3年，並限制出境。

顏清標另因教唆頂替、違反槍砲等案，遭檢方併案起訴，裁定應執行刑7年，扣除已經服刑的3年9個月，原本要到107年7月18日才能出獄。

但獄方認為顏清標在廚房工作，表現良好，生活正常、規律，符合假釋資格，將顏清標列為提報假釋名單，若這個月核准通過，最快7月就能假釋出獄。顏清標的兒子、立委顏寬恆表示：「家人都感到高興。」
