先塞5千元　男撿屍性侵辯性交易

余姓男子與按摩女吃消夜，在她有醉意之際塞了5000元，等她喝醉了再「撿屍」，按摩女事後提告性侵，余男辯稱是性交易，法官依乘機性交罪判處3年8月徒刑。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，4年前余男到一間按摩店按摩紓壓，要按摩女子陪他「出場」，趁女子喝醉，塞了5000元給她，再帶往附近摩鐵上床。按摩女清晨驚醒，質問：「你怎麼會趁人之危？」余男哀求她不要聲張，火速到按摩店，拿7500元聲稱要結清前一天的按摩費跟出場費，企圖營造「性交易」假象。法官依乘機性交罪判處3年8月徒刑，另須賠償按摩女51萬元精神撫慰金。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
