蔡姓男子日前不滿便當店排放油煙，當眾辱罵老闆「醜女」、「妳長這麼醜誰會去理妳」。台北地院依公然侮辱罪判處拘役10日。

法院判決指出，蔡男不滿王女在台北市信義區經營的便當店排放油煙，於是在2月上午到便當店內，當眾出言辱罵王女「啊，醜女啊醜女」、「妳長這麼醜誰會去理妳」，王女氣得錄音報警處理。

蔡男到案後辯稱，只是解釋給王女聽，但檢察官根據現場錄音光碟、王女說法，起訴蔡男。法院審理時，他改口認罪，法官依公然侮辱罪判處拘役10日，得以新台幣1萬元易科罰金，全案可上訴。(中央社)
